Description

11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB DC, intends to award a sole source acquisition to Group W. Inc, a small business concern, for the continued core development of the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM) at the Air Force Studies and Analysis Agency (AFSAA), 1777 N. Kent St. 7th Floor, Rosslyn Va. Award will be made on or about 15 April 2005. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) a sole-source award is in the best interest of the government due to the time critical need for the completion of this effort. A competitive award would result in un-recoverable delays and costs in the production of STORM. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541690, Size Standard $6,000,000.00.
