Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: One Helmer Model iPR120 Single Door Pharmacy Refrigerator or equal. Item is required within 21 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to Stratton ANGB, 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302-9752. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted) in reference to RFQ F9E4M15042A100. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
