Description

Synopsis published August 31, 2004, for maintenance and overhaul of two different Stabilabor Assemblies, appliable to the UH-60 helicopter, is modified as follows: The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to perform maintenance and overhaul of Stabilizor Horizontal, applicable to the UH-60 helicopter. Input and Output NSN and P/N are: 1560-01-214-0192/7020 0-07050-047. A five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity, firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The minimum quantity is 35 each. The maximum quantity is 282 each (includes an estimated quantity of 47 each for FMS). Required delivery shall be FOB origin to New Cumberland, PA, beginning 120 days after contract award. Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-1560-287 dated 19 May 2000, including AMCOM Engineering Directives, is applicable. This requirment is a competitive 100% Small Busin ess Set-Aside. By U.S. law, participation in small business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign requests will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for copies of the solicitation will be accepted. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted to a later date; however, contract award will not be made prior to the closing date stated above.
