Description

The Government plans to procure 100 each, Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS) Aircraft Kits (A-Kits). The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to McDonnell Douglas He licopter Company (MDHC), Mesa, Arizona, under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no techni cal data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer, Rodger Pearson, AMSAM-AC-AV-AB. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered note(s) : 22, 23, and 26.
