- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number is F7321943280100 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26. (iv) This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485510 and the small business size standard is $6.0 million. (v) The solicitation can obtained by contacting TSgt Wayne Shavers at (618) 256-9267 or by e-mail wayne.shavers@scott.af.mil. (vi) The solicitation package includes the Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Wage Determination 94-2309 Rev (30) dated 8/12/04. (vii) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the lease of a bus and driver for the United States Air Force Band of Mid-America during the dates specified in the SOW. (viii) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The clauses at subparagraph (b)(5), (b)(11), (b)(12), (b)(13), (b)(14), (b)(15), (b)(25), (c)(2) of 52.212-5 are applicable. DFARS clause 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this acquisition. (x) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. (xi) Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR website is http://www.ccr2000.com.
