Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to award a sole-source task order under GSA's MOBIS Schedule, SIN 874-2, Facilitation Services to GAMA Corporation, Inc.; 6417 Loisdale Road; Springfield, VA 22150-1811. This acquisition supports the Infrastructure Coordination Division in developing multifacted exercises that support the core competencies and various experimentation efforts of DHS. The support includes the full spectrum of research, planning, concept development, and war-game planning, execution and assessment required in conducting war-game exercises. The government intends to award one (1) 9-month base period plus four (4) one-year option periods. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
