Description

A-- The basic NAICS code is 485510 ? Charter Bus Industry B-- 100% Small Business Set Aside C--The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidate Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 and FAR 13 to provide all management, supervision, vehicles, regular vehicle maintenance, fuel, properly licensed driver/drivers per Nevada State requirements, Insurance, employee uniforms and to operate Shuttle Bus/Mini-Van service to accommodate a minimum of 15 passenger to a maximum of 25 Passengers, to-and-from the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System Facility located at 1000 Locust St., Reno NV, and to-and-from an off campus parking site (approximately 2 miles distant), in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications specified in the contract, for a period of approximately 9 to 12 months in duration. This will be on a month-to-month basis. The intent is to have continual round trip transportation between the VA Hospital and the off site parking location, between the hours of 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, subject to reasonable Driver lunch period and rest breaks. Offeror may operate a vehicle larger than a 25 passenger Mini-Van, however, the VA will only pay a monthly rate based on the cost of the use of a 15 to 25 Passenger vehicle.
