- This market research and sources sought notice is to identify potential sources of supply for radio transmitter tags that can be implanted in juvenile fish to track the movement of the fish through or past the hydropower facilities on the lower Snake and Columbia Rivers, Oregon and Washington. The tags must be compatible with the equipment and specifications listed, below, to support ongoing research of fish passage. 1. LOTEK MODEL NTC-3-2-KMF RADIO TRANSMITTER; 1.a.
