- NAICS Code: 541519 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate a sole source contract with UNICOM SYSTEMS, Inc. for the annual renewal of 1. Carts - TS Site License Maintenance, 2. PIE/TSO MultiTSO, and 3. PIE/TSO Networks Access SN: 11878. The Period of performance is March 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006. EPA believes that UNICOM SYSTEMS, Inc is the only source capable of providing the required services and products. The circumstance permitting Other than Full and Open Competition Justification is FAR 13.501, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". All interested parties who believe they can provide the required tickets should fully explain their capabilities and qualifications in writing within 10 days from the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any source(s) exist, and, therefore, no RFQ is available. Consequently, any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will not be honored.
