Description

This is an IDIQ contract for repair and alterations at various federal buildings within the State of Alabama, excluding Mobile. Mobile, AL will be awarded under a separate contract, but will be bid under this solicitation on the SF1442. The contract shall be for a one-year base and two one-year options IAW FAR 22.404-12. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. NAICS is 236220. Size standard is 28.5 million. This is a negotiated procurement which will result in award of a firm fixed price contract to the contractor(s) offering the best value to the Government. Cost range projected for a 3-year period is $2 million to $5 million. The solicitation will be available on or about July 26, 2004. All vendors must supply the following data to be considered: CCR identification number, DUNS or CAGE number, telephone number, and e-mail address. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for revised updates. Offer due date and time for receipt of proposals: August 16, 2004, as stated on SF1442. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JUL-2004).
