Description

The U.S. Coast Guard intend to procure, Sole Source from SyQwest Inc., Three (3) DSN-450 Test Sets w/cables utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13, and Policies in Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Items. This is 100% Set-Aside Small, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone Small, Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned, etc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511, and the Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. Any interested sources who feel they can provide these test sets w/cables may request a copy of the solicitation via e-mail rsmalley@mlca.uscg.mil. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation will be advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Delivery, and Past Performance. Due to the urgency of need offerors have up to 10 days after publication of this notice to express their interest.
