Description

The USDA, Agaricultural Research Service, Grand Forks Human Nutrition Research Center, Grand Forks, North Dakota, requires supplying and regular delivery of Liquid Argon approximately every three months for approximately 650 gallons per refill with initial delivery of approximately 650 gallons on May 1, 2005. Deliveries shall be made from Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. Solicitation includes a base year of service from May 1, 2005 - April 30, 2006 and two option years to be exercised at the descretion of the Government. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-013-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE MARCH 14, 2005 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. THIS SOLICITATION IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS is 424690 with a small business standard of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-013-82HW-05, which will be available on or about February 28, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
