Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's (USMA) notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Feedback, Inc., 437 Dimmocks Mill Road, Hillsborough, NC 27278. The Contractor shall provide twelve (12) analogue and digital se rvo trainers comprising of mechanical units, analog control units, USB digital control units with USB interface kits and Discovery 2 software, and power supplies. The award amount is estimated to be $62,016. The statutory authority for other than full an d open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Sole source justification for the Feedback Analog & Digital Servo Fundamentals Trainer is warranted based on compatibility with existing Feedback equipment and existing course materials that were developed around t he existing equipment. The applicable NAICS code is 333319. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the des ignated representative. Response to this notice must be received within three (3) calendar days of the date of this notice via e-mail to karen.finley@usma.edu. See Numbered Note 22. Insert 3 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Go vernment not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
