Description: The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center intends to negotiate with Wolf Coach, Inc., 7B Street, Auburn Industrial Park, Auburn, MA 01501 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (2), for the manufacture and delivery of up to seven (7) Analytical Labora tory System (ALS) vehicles. These vehicles will be purchased by a firm fixed price modification to contract DAAD13-03-C-0037. These vehicles are in support of the Product Manager Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Systems. The contractor is consi dered to have the reesources, experience and capabilities to meet the requirement within the program schedule. Note 22 applies.
