Description

This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Tektronix Inc. Federal, on a Sole Source basis to purchase a Digital Sampling Oscilloscope, Model TDS8200, Certificate of Traceable Calibration Standard includes 70+ GHz, Bandwidth, up to 8 Signal Channels. Requirement includes 3 Years Repair Service and Warranty. Must have Sampling Module, Dual Channel, 20 GHz w/TDR capability. Also 50 GHz, Single Channel Electrical Sampling Module. Certificate of Traceable Calibration Standard and 3 Years Repair Service and Warranty applies to all systems. FOB: Destination. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the Buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
