Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for the operations and maintenance (O&M) for the USAFE portion of the Multinational Aircrew Electronic Warfare Training Facility (hereafter referred to as POLYGONE). The contractor is required to perform O&M of Government furnished electronic warfare (EW) radar and communications equipment. These services are required at fixed sites as well as under deployment conditions (utilizing mobile equipment). In addition to the O&M requirement, the contractor is required to provide EW Scheduling, EW Scenario Control, job control, material control, and facility management support. This contract will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) type contract. The contract will be for one base year and 4 option years.
