- DESCRIPTION This solicitation is a request for proposal with a NAICS code 561612. The request for proposal is for a firm-fixed priced (FFP) requirement that is under this solicitation# W27P4G-05-R-0100. The basic contract will commence on 1 April to 30 September 2005 with an option to extend. The offeror must have all personnel and equipment in place and be fully mission capable by 1 April 2005 The RFP and all information pertaining to this acquisition will be made available electronically through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) electronic posting system web link at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and the Iraqi Business Center Organization at http://www.iraqibusinesscenter.org It is and will continue to be all potential bidders responsibility to monitor the fedbiz website for any amendments, updates, bidders, library, responses to questions and answers as the government will not be maintaining a mailing list. It is incumbent upon all potential bidders to download from the fedbiz website. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about 28 February 2005 with a closing date of 11 March 2005 at 1500HR local time in Mosul, Iraq. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION ONLY. When submitting proposal packages all offerors must provide the following information in accordance with the format below in order to facilitate the evaluation of the proposal this would also include a signed copy of SF 1449 with appropriated blocks filled out to be include in your proposal package. -ADMINISTRATIVE -MANAGEMENT ?TECHNICAL -PAST PERFORMANCE -COST/PRICING NOTE: Bidders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required by Federal Regulations (See FAR 52.204-7004), therefore you must be CCR registered to be awarded this project and payment from any DOD activity. Information on registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun & Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
