Description

The Government plans to procure Internal Auxiliary Fuel System (IAFS) modifications for the refuel panel, Electrical Load Center (ELC) number 1 and Circuit Breaker panel number 1 into the engineering production drawings. The IAFS configuration of th ese Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) shall be integrated into the Product Configuration as the latest configuration of these items and will be the configuration spared. Documentation initiated and developed during contract DAAH23-98-G-0049, D.O.50, to comple te the effort required for the production cut-in of the IAFS system will be utilized. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company in Mesa, AZ, under the authority and Justification for Ot her Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writi ng to the Contracting Officer, Sarah Kerry, AMSAM-AC-AP-B. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered Note(s): 22, 23, and 26.
