- 1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination of parts for a FAHR Roadcrusher, Model Forester 2000. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to Alix Ellis at (520) 388-8332 by close of business March 17, 2005. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-22. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing) and the size standard is 750 employees. 6. Submit a detailed parts list and specifications with price quote for supply and delivery of the following roadcrusher parts. ITEM 001, F24-Set-H, filler bar set, hard faceable, 11 count, quantity 2; sets. ITEM 002, F25-009, liner, side top rotor, L.H., quantity 3; each. ITEM 003, F25-010, liner, side front rotor, L.H., quantity 3; each. ITEM 004, F25-012, liner, side top rotor, R.H., quantity 3; each. ITEM 005, F25-013, liner, side front rotor, R.H., quantity 3; each. ITEM 006, F25-004, liner, anvil center, reversible, quantity 1; each. ITEM 007, F25-005, liner, anvil outer-ends, reversible, quantity 2; each. ITEM 008, F24-003, rock hammer, quantity 192; each. All items are listed by FAHR part number and are to be original equipment manufacturer part or equivalent. If intent is to supply parts other than FAHR parts, supply descriptive literature on the proposed parts. 7. Deliver FOB Destination to the Sabino Warehouse, 5700 N. Sabino Canyon Rd., Tucson, Arizona, 85750. Bob Freel will accept delivery. 8. Desired delivery no later than 60 days after the award. 9.
