- The Maritime Administration (MARAD) Washington, DC intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide ongoing operations and maintenance of the official Marine Transportation System (MTS) National Advisory Council (MTSNAC) website. The RFQ and related documents for this procurement will be made available to interested parties through electronic media available for downloading via the Internet at http://ideas.nbc.gov on or about March 4, 2005. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for monitoring the Internet site for the release of all pertinent procurement documents. This acquisition is set aside for small business participants only.
