The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. A Contractor First Article IS required. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 25 each, 400 DACA. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 25 each, 285 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 25 each, 356 DACA. F irms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
