- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston is hosting an Industry Day on Tuesday, 15 March 2005, to discuss the expansion of the existing NAVSEA SeaPort-Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) N00178-05-R-4000 to include SPAWAR, NAVSUP and NAVAIR as additional ordering offices. Seaport-e currently encompasses a broad range of engineering, technical and programmatic support services. The Industry Day will be held in Bldg 3112 (Conference Center), located on the Naval Weapons Station and is scheduled to begin at 8:30 A.M. and conclude by 12:00 P.M. The purpose of this Industry Day is to allow NAVSEA the opportunity to present information about Seaport-e and the ???rolling admissions??? process. Notification of intent to participate is to be provided to Mr. Greg Becker (gregory.becker@navy.mil), with a copy to Mrs. Linda Lunn (linda.lunn@navy.mil) by close of business on 9 March 2005. In addition to the names of the individuals planning to attend, within your notification please advise whether or not you will need assistance in obtaining a pass/badge for base access. Each firm will be allowed no more than three participants. The 9 March 2005 cut-off date is established to ensure adequate leadtime is provided to streamline any base access requirements. Further details related to the agenda and base access support will be provided to the participants via separate correspondence. Inquiries may be directed to Mr. Becker. Additional information about Seaport-e and the ???rolling admission??? solicitation is available at http://www.seaport.navy.mil/.
