PRON: AX5Q0164AX, NSN: 3110-01-164-6776, PN: 406-040-032-101. QUANTITY: 25 EACH, applicable to the OH-58 D AIRFRAME, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Timken Aerospace, Cage Code 78118 and Bell Helicopte r Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time is 25 each, 150 Da ys After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redsto ne.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, soli citation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offer ors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 23 and 26.
