Description

The National Park Service (Service) is seeking through a prospectus one concessioner to provide the subject services. The existing lodge is a small facility (less than 2,500 sq ft) which has served fewer than 30 guests per year (1999-2003) and is located in the Dry Bay area, in the northwest portion of Glacier Bay National Park & Preserve. The proposed contract will be for a 10 year term. To obtain a copy of the prospectus, contact David Nemeth as shown above. The prospectus is also available at http://www.nps.gov/glba. The prospectus will explain the business opportunity, the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract, the proposal instructions and proposal package (including the selection factors). Proposals are due by the date and time shown above at National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office, Attn: Concessions Division, 240 West 5th Ave., Room 114, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-2327.
