- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote W912JC-05-T-5704. No w ritten RFQ exists and WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This requirement is for Headquarters, 235th Regiment, Kansas Regional Training Center, Salina, KS to support general studies battalion Military Occupational Specialist 91W Course Requirements. The following equi pment is a requirement: Medical SimMan Patient Simulator* with Compressor, 110V AC Version w/regulator. Optional Accessories are a requirement: Regulator SimMan, SimMan Trauma Modules, Nursing Wounded Module Set, Bleeding Control Module Set, Laptop Com puter, Video Equipment Package, Portability/Power Adapter Kit, Extended Warranty 2 years, Case Set, Transport/Storage SimMan, Simulated Small Pox Module Set, Pressurized Bleeding System Complete, Basic Pressurized Bleeding system, NBC-Fluid System Tan, C hest Drain Modules Pkg 6, Computer Laptop Tuff Book, and Headset. Software needs to be included with SimMan. No requirements are necessary for specific skin tones for SimMan. Shipping & Handling Cost: FOB Destination-Continental US only. Quotes wi ll be evaluated as the lowest price technically acceptable to the government. To be technically acceptable you must be meet specified requirements listed for the purchase of SimMan. The clause at FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions (10/2003) appl ies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions Required to Implement Satutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (1/2005) applies to this acquisition.
