NSN: 5999-01-507-8622, NOMENCLATURE; SHIELDING GASKET, ELECTRONIC This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Issue date is on or about 03/31/05, with the Response date on or around 05/02/05. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Purchase request number: YPE05042000428. Approved source: AVIATION DEVICES & ELECTRONICS (1NPE1) Part No. AG728000-10. This will be a large purchase contract with a quantity option. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. The basic quantity will be for approximately 503 each. Two destinations for 503 pieces. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency.
