Description

In accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 entitled Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, The Department of Homeland Security intends to issue a Sole Source Contract to Three Worlds Consulting and Research Company in its efforts to provide special access program policy procedures and programmatic formulations to support the Department of Homeland Security's exceptionally complex security requirements.
