Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to CGI AMS, 12601 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033-4902. This acquisition is for the renewal of ProSteward product maintenance, software user licenses, and customer support that serves as the basis for the Hazardous Materials Information Resource System (HMIRS) for DLIS. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 1 May 2005 through 30 Apr 2006. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 31 Mar 2005 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
