Description

Required services are for Eastern Oklahoma and Western Arkansas. Includes all related services for preparation and movement or drayage of outbound (Schedule I), inbound (Schedule II) and intra-city/intra area (Schedule III) shipments of personnel pr operty for military members and civilian employees. Area of performance includes the Eastern Oklahoma counties of: Cherokee, Leflore, Sequoyah, Adair, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata Ottawa, and Rogers. Area of performance includes the Western countries: Crawford, Franklin, Johnson, Logan, Montgomery, Polk, Pope, Scott, Sebastian, Yell, Bento, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Newton, and Washington. Base contract period is 1 June 2005 through 31 Dec 2005 and includes four possible option periods. A firm fixed pri ce requirements-type contract is anticipated. Telephone requests will not be honored. Applicable Standard Industrial Classification code is 4214 (Local Trucking with Storage), North American Industrial Classification Systems code is 48421 (Used Household and Office Goods Moving), Small business size standard is: $21.5 million. Requirement is set aside for small business. Estimated issue date is: 11 Apr 2005. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This acquisition is condu cted under the Commercial Item Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Par 13.5 Bidders are required to be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base (web site: http//www.ccr.gov).
