The Draft Program Bulletin contains the following sections: I. Executive Summary; II.Program Background; III. Fundamental Research Component; IV. Technology Transition Component; V. Management; and VI. Consortiu m Qualifications. Sections VII and VIII will be published subsequently with additional FedBizOpps notices for such. Copies of the Draft ITA Program Bulletin as well as additional information on the ITA Program and upcoming Opportunities Conferences (01 A pril 2005 in the US and 07 April 2005 in the UK) can be found at the following web site: http://www.usukita.com/ Taking the time to thoroughly review the contents of the Draft Program Bulletin before attending either Opportunity Conference is strongly re commended.
