Description: USDA Forest Service, R3 Regional Office plans to perform a sole source contract with Mr. Doug Shaw who has unique qualifications to perform the following: Document rehabilitation restoration, planned and actual accomplishments for all projects in Region 3 using NFPORS data base. The plans and accomplishments will be provided by forests in various formats. The information in the plans will be analyzed, interpreted, and entered data in a consistent format into the NFPORS data base for all FY05 Rehab and restoration.
