- Sources Sought Announcement for Procurement of Spares and Repair Support Services for Meteorological Measuring Set (MMS) and Profiler Sources Sought Product Manager Target Identification and Meteorological Sensors (PM TIMS) is seeking interested sources for the procurement of spares for the AN/UMQ-16 Radiosonde Receiving Set and AS-4335 RDF antenna for MMS and MW22M Radiosonde Receivin g Set for the Profiler including all associated spares and repair support services for all systems. Respondents should have intimate knowledge of MMS and Profiler capabilities. Sources will understand this effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) I ndefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Interested respondents should submit white papers to the technical point of contact delineated below. This announcement is issued in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10 to determine the applicability of Far Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested respondents should provide the above requested documentation to: Ms. Kendelene Beamesderfer, PM TIMS, ATTN: SFAE-IEW&S-NS-TIMS, Building 563, Avenue of Memories, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703 White papers submitted will not be returned to respondents and may be shared within and among other Government organizations outside the Department of Defense. Respondents are cautioned not to include any company proprietary information as part of their w hite paper submissions.
