Description

SSA McComb, MS The government is seeking new space, approximately 6,263 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, conference and training area. Delineated Area: The space must be locate in the McComb, MS area, bounded within or fronting the following streets: South Boundary: Delaware Avenue, East Boundary: Marion Avenue, North Boundary: Smithdale Road, West Boundary: Cherokee Drive. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before August 1, 2006.
