- Sole Source Notice ---F3S4015088A300, T System. The 375 Contracting Squadron intends to award a sold source contract to Eli Chason and Green DBA T System, 5 Twin Springs Drive, Arlington, TX 76016. The proposed contract action is for renewal of licensing agreement for physician's and nurse's documentation software that must be compatible with the 375 Medical Group Composite Health Care System(CHCS). The Government intends to award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Any firm that believe it can furnish the items described above are encouraged to give written notification to the contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seven days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining weather to conduct a competitive procurement.
