This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies, prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Quotation number is W904TE-05-Q-2503. The NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size requirement is 100 employees.
