Description

This Modification provides for the following: 1. A list of the companies who attended the Site Visit on April 5, 2005. See Attachment - Site Visit Listing. 2. Provides correction to Specifications in Section C, Attachment 2, Items 6.0, 6.1, and 6.2 to remove and replace the word ?Proper? with the word ?Fan? and replaces the pages 11 and 12 in their entirety. 3. Provides correction to Section C, Attachment 2, Item 8.2-1 to revise the AHU unit numbers and service quarter on items a, c and e and replaces page 14 in its entirety. 4. Provides correction to Section C, Attachment 2, Item 8.3-1 to reduce the number of Air Handling Units from Nine (9) to Eight (8) AHU #11 through 18 and replaces page 14 in its entirety. 5. Provides correction to Section C, Attachment 2, Item 8.3-4 to revise the AHU numbers on item a, c, e and g and replaces page 15 in its entirety. 6. Increases the number of hours by 40 to 270 hours on the PM Historical Data in Section C, Attachment 2, Item 14-0 and replaces page 20 in its entirety. 7. Revises the Specification Section 16.0-3, Parts, from retail to whole sale pricing and replaces page 21 in its entirety. All other information remains unchanged.
