MEMORANDUM FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS 11 April 05 FROM: 37th CONS/LGCB 1655 Selfridge Ave, Bldg 5450 Lackland AFB, TX 78236-5253 SUBJECT: Answers to Questions from Prospective Offerors on RFQ F2M5445070A400 THIS IS ONLY A POSTING OF ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS RECEIVED The following questions and responses by the Government are posted for utilization by all interested offerors. Questions will be numbered sequentially without regard to the entity received from, and have been repeated verbatim. 1. Question ? Who is the manufacturer of the POP TOP double workstation? Government Response ? EON Designs, http://www.eondesigns.com/ 2. Question ? What color of laminate is desired? Government Response ? Desktop Top and Modesty Panel will be ?Natural Legacy? and the Support Panels will be ?Wild Cherry? 3. Question ? Does the customer want chairs? Government Response ? The RFQ is for the workstations only. 4. Question ? Does the customer want wheels on the workstations? Government Response ? No 5. Question - Is there anything that we need to know about the power strips? Government Response ? 110V 6. Question ? Is the contractor responsible for removing the existing furniture? Government Response ? No 7. Question ? What size of CPU will the workstation hold? Government Reponse ? height=sixteen inches, width=seven inches, length=seventeen inches 8. Question ? How will installation be coordinated? Government Response ? Upon receipt of award, the contractor will contact the customer and coordinate a schedule.
