Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Fort Bliss Directorate of Contracting is soliciting for projector's, projection screens and sound equipment to include installation for various classrooms located at the 6th ADA BDE. Responsible contractor's must be within a 25 mile radius of Fort Bliss for future maintenance and services needs on the acquired equipment. If selected, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration - CCR (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to receive the award at the time of selection. The solicitation is issued as a RFQ. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.202-1, 52.203-5, FAR 52.203-6, FAR 52.203-7, 52.211-5, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, a completed copy of the provisions at 52.213-3 must accompany your offer, FAR 52.216-24, 52.216-25, FAR 52.225-13. In addition to the preceding, the following FAR and DFAR Clauses/Provisions are incorporated by r eference: 52.222-3, 52.232-1, 52.233-2, 52.233-3, 52.237-1, 52.237-2, 52.244-6, 52.243-1, and DFARS 252.204-7000. The preferred method of submission is electronic e-mail to tina.a.guillot@us.army.mil. A brief statement of work is available upon request. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. The award will be made on the aggregate of the requirement. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 am on 15 April 2005 at BLDG 2951, Fort Bliss Texas.
