Description

Renovation of the emergency room department at IHS Hosptial, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Duration of the contract will be for one hundred and twenty days (120) from the notice to proceed date. Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 241-OM-05-3539 is a fixed price project and will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non refundable charge of twenty five $25.00) dollars for the solictation documents. The project magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This Indian preference clause in employment ad subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
