Description

Work consists of replacing 42 windows at Forest Service historic residence known as the AG Ranch Bunkhouse. Other work includes replacement of one door and refinish two doors; wall and header work is required in one room. Project is located in Park County, in the town of Shawnee adjacent to US Highway 285, approximately 5 miles west of Bailey, Colorado. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000, NAICS 238390. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Performance period will be 30 calendar days. All solicitation documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov approximately April 27, 2005.
