Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Plains Agricultural Research Laboratory located in Sidney, Montana, requires installation of electrical power to a shop building including a concrete pad for a Government-provided transformer. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work. The Government estimates the cost of construction between $25,000 and $50,000. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAX'D TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER @ (970) 492-7031 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-1288-82HW-05. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ (970) 492-7031 ON OR BEFORE APRIL 29, 2005. This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 238210 with a small business size not exceeding $12 million average annual gross receipts. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-1288-82HW-05 which will be available on or about April 13, 2005. The anticipated award date is May 6, 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
