Description

The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, AZ, has a requirement for approximately 19,000 pounds of weed-free Bulk Grass Seed Mixture to be delivered to the Black Mesa Ranger District, Overgaard, AZ. The Government anticipate awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Award will be based on best value to the Government with consideration given to the lowest price technically acceptable product. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Small Business size standard is $6.0 million under NAICS code 115310. The solicitation package and specifications will be made available on or after April 26, 2005 and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must now be registeredin the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR). The template containing information necessary for registration can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/handbook.cfm. Offerors must also register in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which can be found at http://www.orca.bpn.gov. NO Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. You may request a printed copy of the solicitation package by fax to (928) 333-5966 or 6362. The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be June 15, 2005, 4:30 p.m. Arizona time.
