Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition (# F2S3215109A100) is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02 (23 Mar 05). NAICS: 423310. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. Small business size standard: 100. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 4:00pm CST on 29 Apr 05. Quotes can be faxed or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. CLIN0001: Skid Boards, Qty: 300 EA. must be 1 inch or 31/32 inch ac grade plywood. All holes must be 1/2 inch in diameter insert 2 full inches from the edge of the board. Boards must be 48 x 48 inches. All corners must be rounded. If a diagram is needed, contact this office.
