PRON: AX5Q0233AX, NSN: 1680-01-518-4598, PN: 970040 (-3), Quantity: 134 each, plus two 100% options applicable to the OH-58D with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 134 each, 45 Days After Contract Award (D ACA) without First Article Testing. This item is restricted to H. Koch & Sons, Cage Code 99449 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Firms that recognize and can produce the requi red item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitat ion will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors mus t meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
