Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives intends to negotiate a sole-source award with the IAAI Educational Foundation, Inc., 12772 Boenker Road, Bridgeton, Missouri, 63044-2436 for an online e-learning platform. The IAAI will develop an online e-learning platform with training modules for the state, local, and federal insurance fire investigation community. The IAAI will tailor their produced material to train 2,400 fire investigators. ATF will have joint ownership of the product with IAAI. This is a training endeavor uniquely available at this point in time that will serve many resources throughout the industry. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611519 with a size standard of $6,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
