- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA intends to procure on an unrestricted basis, through full and open competition: Various quantities of Mast Fairing Assemblies (AN/BRA-34 688 Class and AN/BRD-7 Class) and repair/refurbishment, rebuilding, assembling and modification of Governement Furnished fiberglass composite structures. A single award is anticipated for all items. The procurement will be awarded on a “low cost technically acceptable” basis requiring the submission of a cost/price proposal, technical proposal and past performance information. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5 year ordering period is anticipated. It is requested that all interested sources submit an email to Albert Stracciolini at: stracciolinia@nswccd.navy.mil identifying the company name, your area of expertise, and your interest in the subject RFP; no additional information should be provided. The solicitation, along with a! ll attachments, will only be available in electronic format at the following websites at issuance: http://www.neco.navy.mil OR http://www.fedbizopps.gov OR http://web1.dt.navy.mil/acquisition. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments after the release date of the Solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered by NSWCCD Philadelphia. The applicable NAICS Code is 336611.
