Description

. JThe contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials to overhaul of the Support Structure, Input/Output NSN: 1560-01-237-3689; Input/Output P/N: 70308-03613-041. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Asi de requirement. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with minimum quantity of 5 each, and the maximum quantity of 48 each. The maximum quantity includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales quantity of 8 each. The required production schedule is 1 pe r month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). The rehabilitation and reconditioning of parts, equipment, and components specified shall be in accordance with the specific instructions set forth in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DM WR) 1-1520-237-1 dated 15 February 1998 and the applicable AMCOM Enginnering Directives (AEDs). All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone or e-mail requests for proposals accepted. Reque st will be by data fax to (256) 955-9237 or mailed only to, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Bldg 5303, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Ernestine Small, Contract Specialist. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will b e withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Proposals will only be accepted by mail, no data FAX or Emails will be accepted. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date state above. See Note 1 and 26.
