Description

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center of Jackson, Mississippi, intends to enter into a contractual agreement with a vendor to provide a customer service co-op agreement for the Phillips MRI INTERA NOVA equipment. This vendor must be able to provide priority service response, which includes unlimited parts coverage and unlimited second response for labor/travel coverage, and unlimited remote technical assistance. This service must meet all safety requirements set forth by Federal, State, and local standards. This agreement will be for a base; beginning June 1, 2005 and ending September 30, 2005; with two (2) renewable option years. Requests for solicitation must be in writing.
