This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 84 days ARO. THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. ONLY OFFERS FROM SDVOSB FIRMS WILL BE CONSIDERED. A Surge Plan is required.
