- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA4427-05-Q0028, is issued as a request for quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-03 and Defense DCN 20050509. If two or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set?aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 3510. The North American Industry Classification System is 423990 and the number of employees is 500.
